| Cross Training |
The cross training class covers a broad range of topics including break-falls,the importance of proper feeding (techniques not food), point sparring, thai/kickboxing, san shou, a little ground work, some chi sau patterns, drills, etc. basically this class will cover things we don't get a chance to go in depth in our regular classes.
