Chi Sao Clips Here is a basic chi sao exchange between John Kang and Edgar Chan, broken into four sections. While not demonstrating perfect form, these sequences still show the sticking, constant fluidity, and relaxation that we emphasize in the beginning stages of sticky hands practice. On the average, a beginning student can attain this type of fluidity within 3 months. Each clip is about 8 seconds long and about 2M big. It requires Quicktime 6.0 or greater to view.
