Purpose
Siu Nin Tao is the foundation of Wing Chun, from which all basic movements of the system come. Basic application and combinations are taught, as well as a basic idea of guided chi sao.

Objectives

  • Do the form with the shoulders immobile and relaxed, elbows in the center as much as possible; attention to detail for each movement
  • Perform all drills calmly with shoulders and elbows relaxed, using correct power and position.
  • Stand in the stance without fatigue, and resist pushes from the side.
