Details:
Relaxed Dropping of the wrist ONLY.
Fingers and elbow do NOT move in space.
Application:
Clearing an opponent's arm
Redirected forward energy
Common Mistakes:
Dropping the entire elbow
Letting the elbow flare out
Merely lifting the fingers without dropping the wrist.

Details:
Maintain tension in wrist when pulling back
Fingers should be pointing up
As the elbow joint angle reaches 90°, move the entire elbow back.
Elbow stays close into the body
Application:
Secondary defense
Common Mistakes:
